PSL Introduces Fans Choice Awards Ahead of 10th Edition
In 22 December 2024, Pakistan Super League prepares for its highly anticipated 10th edition, the Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the launch of the HBL PSL Fans Choice Awards. This exciting new initiative celebrates the leagues first nine successful years and gives cricket fans a chance to vote for their favourite players and memorable performances.
The Fans Choice Awards are set to honour the top performing local and international cricketers who have showcased their talent in previous HBL PSL seasons. Nominations will be based on performances across several key categories, and the fans will have the ultimate say in selecting the winners. This interactive approach highlights the growing importance of fan engagement in the league’s success.

Award Categories Up for Grabs
The HBL PSL Fans’ Choice Awards will recognize outstanding performances in the following six categories:
- 1. Best Batter
- 2. Best Bowler
- 3. Best All-rounder
- 4. Most Valuable Player (MVP)
- 5. Best Individual Bowling Performance
- 6. Best Individual Batting Performance
Each category will celebrate a player’s contribution to the league, acknowledging their consistency, skill, and impact over the years. As the fans are given the power to vote, these awards truly reflect the admiration and appreciation the PSL players have earned from their supporters.
How the Voting Process Will Work?
The HBL PSL Fans Choice Awards nominations will open soon, followed by a fan voting period. The players who receive the most votes in each category will be declared the winners, with the official announcement during the HBL PSL Draft 2025.
This PSL 10 Draft event is scheduled in Gwadar on 11 January 2025, marking a significant milestone as the league gears up for its 10th season.
